Hi diamondblack,
MMA doesn't have a neoclassical metal sub. For which sub should this suggestion be directed to? We typically find neoclassical can mean, in MMA terms, that an artist can go to any of trad, power, or prog metal.

Yeah, there should be neoclassical subsection. For Malmsteen , Golden Resurrection and many more. Malmsteen I think more of traditional heavy metal then power metal, wouldn't you agree?

Short of having a neoclassical sub, then yeah, from what I've heard of his stuff I agree. I guess I'll move Malmsteem right now.
A neoclassical sub may happen one day but probably not for a while yet.

Then I guess Antonello Gilberto should be in Traditional Heavy Metal sub as well. Have you had a chance to hear sample above? It's quite good.
