 Topic: John Norum - Glam Metal

Hi, this is my first time suggesting an artist, so forgive me if this comes off as a tad amateur-ish.
I would like to suggest Europe and Dokken axeman John Norum's solo career for the glam metal section, if that would be alright. I kind of had a few reservations about this however, as the majority of his work might veer a bit too much towards out and out hard rock (I'd be unsure if traditional metal would be the place for that), but certainly I feel that his earlier albums contain much of the glam "tinge" from his work with Europe. But you guys are the experts, so I'll let you decide.

This is just the sort of suggestion we like: it's got the artist and the genre in the title and includes a URL and some more info. It's not amateurish at all.

Mhmm, very good guitarist in the Gary Moore-John Sykes (Supposedly Sykes once refused to give him VIP passes to a Lizzy show because "He stole too many of my licks" )vein. His Face the Truth album remains an all-time favourite in my eyes, lots of great licks and solos. Of course, having Glenn "The Voice of Rock" Hughes on board doesn't hurt either!
