Dordeduh (Black Metal)

Yeah I heard about them a while back. Too bad the Negura Bunget trio didn�t stay together. I�m not too fond of the direction that Negura Bunget have taken after the split. I had some correspondence with Negru a while back where he asked for recommendations for places to play in Denmark. A nice guy but when I asked for a copy of the new album for a review I never heard from him again. Luckily I have a good contact at Aural Music/ Code666 who sends me digital promos so I was able to do a review for PA anyway. I�ll import it to MMA at some point too.

@UMUR There's a pretty clear difference between old Negura Bunget and new Negura Bunget. While I don't believe Varstele Pamantului to be a bad album, it certainly is somewhat "less" than Maiestrit or OM. Dordeduh's posted preview, however, seems to hit the right spot in continuing the evolution of the band's sound into something darker and thicker, neither being words one could use to describe Varstele ...

I'm expecting both bands to head further and further away from the core on two distinct lines, and that could turn out good or bad; guess we'll see.

Yeah, they've had a few gigs and there's no sign that they're going to fade away. I wouldn't suggest a band if it had every chance of disappearing as abruptly as they appeared. There are plenty of such bands in .ro, but they're not worth the attention.
