This band called The Acacia Strain just released a new album yesterday titled Wormwood.  They are listed as alternative metal/death metal.  I am going to add them to Death Metal but maybe somebody can check them out on MySpace and see what you think.  http://www.myspace.com/theacaciastrain  They have a couple of other albums out also.  I am not familiar with them other than what I heard on MySpace.

Out of the two options, I'd go with death metal.

Acacia Strain are a deathcore band. Pretty standard deathcore, I may add. They fit best in metalcore.
Lost respect for these archives when I saw Creed added, among other bands. Not going to be foruming here anymore. You can keep my reviews if you want.
