 Topic: Dickie Peterson (Traditional/Doom Metal?)

I would like to suggest the late Dickie Peterson, founder/lead singer/bass player for Blue Cheer. In 1993 Blue Cheer went on a 6 year hiatus, during which Dickie moved to Germany and started his short solo career. In 1995 he recorded/released his first live album, called Tramp. Then in 1997 he recorded/released his only studio album called Child of the Darkness.
I'm not sure what sub-genre he would belong to, but I can definitely here some doom influences (so maybe there's a possibility for him there). Other than that I don't see why he wouldn't fit nicely in traditional metal.
Great stuff either way!

P.S. I only have his studio album, don't know what I did with that live album...oh well. If approved I would also love to do the bio.

A good portion of the album is on youtube
Other than that I can always send you the album.

OK, I've listened to some of the tracks (I managed to find them myself) and, in the current absence of an active doom metal team, I've added Dickie Peterson under doom metal - the entry may be moved to traditional metal. No releases have been added yet - import from Musicbrainz pending.
