Difficult to say. I love Darth Vader, but have to give this one to Darth Maul. He's just too badass not to be n°1.

I think the best enhancement Disney could do at this stage is to edit Jar Jar Binks out of any scene altogether.

Well he would still be a villan as far as the movie is concerned but to us Star Wars fans he would be the hero.  Qui-Gon was too nice, he didn't have it in him where as Boba does.
