Was playing a Rigor Mortis show when he collapsed on stage from a heart attack.  Pronounced dead not long after.

Son of a bitch.  One of the best riff masters of thrash too.  Rigor Mortis's self titled album is one of the best thrash metal albums.  R.I.P., MIke.
