Looks like critics also thought it was pretty poor, though. Ermm

Just finished watching 30 Minutes or Less.

Good concept for comedy film, great cast...and just fell flat. Rather disappointing, really.

I watched Cop Land last night.  I liked it.  Solid tale of a small town sheriff dealing with corruption in law enforcement.

^ For a tale of a police officer dealing with corruption, you can't beat Serpico.

Also watched Reservoir Dogs and One Hour Photo yesterday. Amazing movies.

Best scenes from these movies. Both these scenes are pretty fucked up too.

Haven't seen the movie, but I can't say I'm even slightly in agreement with Stein's propagandist viewpoints towards evolution. Ermm

^^Looks like my Mother-In-Law..... and about as pleasant as her, too.

Also, finished watching Chinatown. Haven't watched it in over a decade. Movie still holds up as a hell of classic.

Interesting movie but if you haven't seen anything from Jarmusch yet, I would rather keep away from this one LOL Ghost Dog is still my favourite film from him, brilliant stuff.

Watched this tonight:

Paranormal Activity 3 (2011)

I was really surprised by this one! It's a step above the previous two films, and it's definitely creepy as hell (especially during the second half and strange ending). It's not flawless, but a solid 3.5/5 nonetheless. Great movie!

I agree that the science community should not be socialistic (my own word) with purpoting the theory of evolution as undeniable truth and start slinging mud at anyone who even tries to bring intelligent design for the sake of fairness.

It's not a theory anymore, it's a proven fact. It used to be a theory 100 years ago.

Not my favorite movie ever, but still was cool to see how the man's life progressed.

There are facts in evolution, but as a whole I see too many unexplained things in evolution for it to proven.

Wrong place for this discussion, k?

People can believe whatever they want to believe, it's not anybody's place to tell them otherwise unless they ask for it.  I believe in giraffes.

Yes sir!Big smile

But yeah, you're actually right. I, personally, do not believe in giraffes but well... YOU CAN believe in them and that that they have the same amount of vertebrae as humans, I do respect that...Confused

I have seen this movie a few weeks ago and liked it.
