The best two yet I think. This is it for the MCU and me for a while though as annoying the only other movie Netflix has is Captain America: Civil War, a two film gap from this one and from what I know of the plots it would be a really bad idea to watch that before Avengers: Age of Ultron at the very least and probably Ant-Man too, which annoying used to be on Netflix but now that I'm close to it in the viewing order has disappeared. Angry

Decent but probably the weakest Scorsese I've seen so far. A odd film where the individual scenes are pretty compelling viewing but the overall story feels rather meandering.

Not often I switch a film off once I've started but oh boy was this so bad I couldn't even last five minutes.

Amityville: The Awakening (2017) - Yet another new family moves into the famous house at 112 Ocean Avenue. You can probably figure out the rest yourself.
According to Wikipedia, this is the seventeenth (!) movie based on the Amityville legend. I have only seen a handful of them, some of which were better than others.  I'd file this latest installment under "Junk, but fun junk."

I, Tonya (2017) - Margot "Harley Quinn" Robbie stars at disgraced figure skating legend Tonya Harding in a tongue in cheek bio-pic that also works as a dark comedy. Great performances all around, esp. by Allison Janney, who won an Oscar for her turn as Tonya's chain smoking, foul mouthed stage mother from Hell.

Ocean's Eleven (2001) - excellent heist film.

Jinn (2014) A.K.A. Underworld: Legend of the Jinn - Poor, not recommended horror.

The 5th Wave (2016) - not great but certainly didn't seem as bad as many make it out to be.

^I know I´m not the target audience, but I really think The 5th Wave was a badly acted (that lead is pretty but terrible), boring and predictable movie.

Smart man. Cool

Most recent three films:

A Fistful of Dynamite (1971) A.K.A. Duck, You Sucker - More excellent western antics from Sergio Leone.

No Country for Old Men (2007) - very good neo-western.

Ocean's Twelve (2004) - Had a few great moments that raised it by half a star for me, but I didn't find this to be a patch on the first film.

I tried five minutes of that Starship Apocalypse movie, and it was ludicrously bad. Some of the absolute worst acting and dialogue I've ever seen LOL

Just over halfway through Ocean's Thirteen now. After Twelve was a let down this one so far is pretty good.

The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976)
excellent Clint Eastwood movie (acting and directing), much more than a simple western, some interesting characters, too.

Managed to get the next two MCU movies off of ebay so watched Avengers: Age of Ultron yesterday. Enjoyed it though not in my top 3 MCU movies so far. Planning to watch Ant-Man later today and then I can watch Captain America: Civil War on Netflix. I'll be caught up to 2016 then so hopefully the next few movies will appear on Netflix in time if I don't chance on them in second hand shops first.

Another Scorsese. This one is rated lower on RYM but I really enjoyed it.

I also re-watched Logan Lucky with my Dad after watching it on my own last month. He liked it too.
