Looks amazing! I love prehistoric megafauna. Does a pretty good job of telling a fairly basic story without modern language. Better than Clan of the Cave Bears and more convincing than the mammoths in Quest for Fire.

Cyborgs are cool! Alita veers a little into uncanny valley territory to begin with, but once she starts kicking ass it's all forgotten.

First time seeing Burton's Batman. It's no Dark Knight but I really liked it. Jack Nicholson looks like he was having a blast as the Joker.

Quite clearly a war propaganda movie and shot in a studio, but that doesn't mean it's not good. It shows the building fear and apprehension in the soldiers knowing the enemy is coming for them, and builds to quite a tense ending.

Also notable for showing an African American character "...in an intelligent and sympathetic manner." No one told the writer the character's race so he didn't write any racial speech into the film.

Been a long time since I watched this one; I actually didn't remember quite a few scenes. First step of a Spider-Man re-watch leading up to No Way Home's blu ray release. 



I was one of the few people who didn't hate Justice League, but this is undoubtedly better and does highlight problems with the theatrical cut. I don't think everyone wants to watch a four hour superhero movie though.
