I don't usually go much on Cruise, but he is brilliant in this. 



Good Cronenberg movie. 



Not as great as its sometimes held up to be, but pretty decent. 



The kind of daft laugh out loud family friendly comedy that will appeal to anyone with a lingering streak of immaturity. Naturally, the high brows on RYM hate it. All the more reason to rate it highly IMO.

I don't care what anyone says: this was good. There's absolutely no sympathetic characters, but that's kinda the point.

I know it´s a very low budget film, but yeah I didn´t enjoy neither the cast nor the camarawork.

it was apparently a deliberate decision to have the actors do the filming, but the results aren't good in my opinion

I didn't care for it either. I don't remember too much about it now, only that Incoherence would have been a better title.

Bit of a gem. This is a German film that's made a bit like a Spaghetti Western (Sauerkraut Western?), with a soundtrack by Kruatrockers Can. I'd rather have watched it in its original language but unfortunately while Amazon had the German audio track, it didn't have subtitles.

Good atmosphere (though almost certainly trying emulate movies like Alien and Blade Runner); unengaging plot. One of those movies that feels like it should be a lot more. 

My next movie will mark a new milestone, 2500 seen! Going to try to make it a good one.

Recently watched this movie called Greenland (2020)


This film was WAY better than expected, it's not a huge budget film and the special effects aren't amazing but I liked the story and the pace of the film.

I thought it was decent, but not top notch in terms of acting and script. And I would like to have seen a more cool image of the final impact...
