James Franco, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, and Dave Franco in The Disaster Artist (2017)

Jennifer Lawrence in Red Sparrow (2018)

^ I've seen The Hitman's Bodyguard. I didn't find it as funny as it could have been.

How did you find Red Sparrow? I've seen very mixed reports on it.

I found The Hitman´s Bodyguard pretty entertaining, but nothing too special. I wouldn´t trouble myself watching Red Sparrow if I was you. I didn´t enjoy it much.

The Disaster Artist on the other hand...I can highly recommend that one LOL. Damn it was funny...

This was okay, but not as good as David Fincher's other films that I've seen (Fight Club, Seven, Gone Girl, Zodiac and Panic Room).

With this I have now seen every Coen Brothers movie. This one was a pleasant surprise given it's poor reputation.

An excellent western.

^Just watched the trailer to Laissez Broncer Les Cadaves. Looked like an old Giallo movie, with overdubbed sounds.

I´ve been meaning to Watch Wind River for a while now...it´s on my list.

I wanna go see Antman and Wasp soon. Way behind on movies.

Honestly it's a hard one to begin to describe beyond saying it's weird. I did enjoy it, but it's definitely not a typical film in any way.

I thought this was a good western (with a home invasion subplot). Definitely a Tarantino influence worn on its sleeves but I do see that as a bad thing. Actually I'm real surprised how decent it was considering the critics really slated this one.

Even though I'm sure even those who haven't seen this may be aware of the ending plot twist (I certainly was, despite never seeing it before or even knowing much about the franchise), I really hate this cover (which is what is on my DVD copy) for giving it away before you even start watching the film.

Of course even with watching the film with that knowledge in mind, it seemed pretty obvious that it was Earth all along. Even if you can accept human, ape and horse evolving on two different worlds, the exact same language is a real stretch. Maybe you weren't supposed to think of things like that in the 60's, but it seems very incredible all round that not once did the main character think he even might really be on Earth.

Enjoyed the film a lot though, in spite of its abundant flaws.

This one is better than its rumor, but there are definitely some issues, which keeps it from being a really great movie.
