The name is Uzziah.

I'm into all kinds of music. I registered over at ProgArchives a little while ago and saw the advertisment for this place, sister site for metal. At first I was into black metal. As time went on, I discovered various other subgenres and realized how diverse heavy metal has become. Nowadays I mostly listen to progressive metal. I like a lot of symphonic stuff too, such as Nightwish, Within Temptation and After Forever, and some gothic metal such as Paradise Lost, Anathema and Dark Tranquility.

I've also begun to listen to a lot of ambient / drone / experimental music in the last year or so. I like anything with a lot of depth; a piece of music that takes you on a journey. It's good to put on a pair of headphones, forget about your surroundings for an hour and let the sound become your whole world.

If you'd like to know more, throw some questions my way and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability.
