I'm suggesting 3 bands in one post - I hope that's okay:

Angrified (Denmark) for thrash metal - they've released a number of EPs and singles
Megalomania 999 (Denmark) for death metal (it's really a sort of hardcore/deathmetal crossover) - they split up last year, but managed to release two full length albums
Anoxia (Denmark) for power metal - they've released a number of EPs and their debut full length was released on Mighty Music this year

I strongly recommend Blind Illusion - The Sane Asylum (for thrash). Maybe if you are into the whole "clean vocal" metal thing, check out Spiral Architect.

I�ve put Anoxia in Thrash metal instead of power metal: http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/anoxia.aspx They have elements of both but I had to chose.
