Not sure but http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/accused-the.aspx?ac=accus had the Martha Splatterhead thing going. I�m not familiar enough (it�s been a while since I�ve listened to the early releases) with their material to tell if there is a grander scale plot going on or just a random mention of the Martha Splatterhad character in their music.
