Condemned? and Agnostic Front are pretty cool, too. Also there's a Swedish band called Dr. Livingdead - I haven't heard them yet, but they seem to be an old school horror/pulp-themed crossover act.

This thread needs NUCLEAR ASSAULT! Their earlier works, anyway. Not 100% crossover, but still very worth a listen!

D.R.I. springs to mind. I'm listening to Black Flag right now, who aren't quite crossover (definitely more punk than metal) but is definitely a band crossover fans would enjoy listening to.
