◙ BLACK TUSK: Debut Album to be Re-Issued; On Tour in Europe with HOWL
BLACK TUSK will re-issue their debut album Passage Through Purgatory this spring via Relapse Records. Passage Through Purgatory has been re-mastered, re-packaged with expanded John Dyer Baizley artwork, and includes two bonus tracks. The re-issue will be available on CD, 12� vinyl, and digitally and is available for pre-order now at this location<http://shop.relapse.com/store/product.aspx?ProductID=42896> with additional release information and re-mastered tracks to be posted online shortly.

Additionally, BLACK TUSK is currently working its way trough a month-long, co-headlining European tour with label mates HOWL. Chicago, IL's BLOODIEST will release its debut full-length, Descent, on April 4th internationally. Descent was record with engineer Sanford Parker at Steve Albini�s Electrical Audio studios in Chicago. ◙ COLDWORKER: Begin Work On New Album
COLDWORKER has begun work on their third studio album and follow-up to 2008�s Rotting Paradise. The new album, titled The Doomsayer�s Call, is being recorded by the band and will feature 13 brand new tracks and a cover of Autopsy�s �Critical Madness�. Mixing will take place at Unisound studios with Dan Swan� (OPETH, KATATONIA, DISSECTION) and a late summer release date is expected. COLDWORKER�s Anders Jackobson commented on the recording process; �There's often talk about "the difficult second album". Well, history has told me time and again that the third album is usually the most memorable in a band's discography. We have all put more than 100% each into this album, writing songs that will stand out on their own as well as have a natural place on the album, spending many hours in three different recording studios just to get the best out of ourselves and so on. The album is definitively "the next step" for Coldworker, with developed song-writing and performances that are the best we can muster. It's really a band effort as all five members of the band have written songs, and like wise all five of us have opinions about what the final album should be. We still have, alas friendly, arguments about the mix and the track order, but at least we have decided upon a title: the album will be called �The Doomsayer's Call�.�
