First hint was that it's the only album from the band where there's two vocalists. Second hint is that it's also the band's debut album.

I think the crop must be from a reissue cover. My CD at least looks like what we have on MMA.
This seems to be slowing down now and we're down to two images unanswered. I still have no idea on either of them even with clues.
