Tricky question, but if you asked about favourite concept discography I would say Cannibal Corpse. Conceptual as hell, no doubt about it.
But seriously, it must be MAYH or Still Life by Opeth. Riverside's trilogy as close second. |

Don't get me wrong. I love many of DT's albums (Awake, I&W, 6 Degrees, among others). Just wanted to give Fates Warning some props. |

I love APSOG as well, even though it's not my favorite Fates Warning album. That would have to be Perfect Symmetry. |

King Diamond - "Them"
Second best concept album would be King Diamond - Abigail. |

Yeah "In Search of Truth" is a really great album. Too bad Evergrey havent been able to reach that level of excellence since.

You know, I used to really dislike "new" Evergrey as well. Upon revisiting some of their albums recently, I like their newer stuff much more than I thought I did. Not as much as ISoT, but I think most of them are at-least above average. ![]() |

Deadwing was written as a story and I guess Wilson wanted to make a film to follow it but I guess that kind of went nowhere.

Lost respect for these archives when I saw Creed added, among other bands. Not going to be foruming here anymore. You can keep my reviews if you want.
