Very sad to hear that Deke Leonard of legendary Welsh rockers Man fame has passed away. One of my favourite bands since the 70's.

Not actually familiar with him, but naturally, R.I.P.
Seems 2017 is being just as cruel in taking the stars away. We lost Geoff Nicholls of Black Sabbath & Quartz fame on the 28th and John Wetton on the 31st. And of course actor John Hurt on the 25th and 'Allo 'Allo star Gorden Kaye on the 23rd.

I'm not familiar with him either, though R.I.P.
I'm surprised a post wasn't made on here about Geoff Nicholls, I loved his work on Headless Cross. R.I.P. to him too.

I didn't know about Geoff Nicholls and only just heard earlier about John Wetton. Sad to say I can't see it easing up - it's just a lot of people have got to "that age".

No, I didn't know that Geoff Nicholls had past away. What a shame.
I also didn't know Deke or his music, which makes me feel a tad guilty at a time like this, but rest in peace anyway. |
