Not going to vote since I only have Colors and The Great Misdirect, but The Great Misdirect is much better IMO.

The Great Misdirect is great, but it's not flawless. Not like Colors, probably my favorite album of all time.

As a side note, any UK fans? 20th & 21st September they're appearing at Camden Underworld with Animals As Leaders supporting. I for one, am stoked. -------------
