They say bad things come in 3's. My laptop gave up a couple of weeks ago - can't complain though as it's been really reliable and it is getting on a bit. Next my memory Map GPS (for my walks) developed a fault and the manufacturer informs me it can't be repaired - only had that 2 years and used it 7 - 8 times.  Worst of all my Arcam CD92 Cd player after many years loyal service has packed in. I could get it repaired but it is around 15 years old so I think I'll have to think about a new one. The laptop and GPS can wait. Oh well, such is life, just wish these things would spread themselves out a bit.
