I´m not sure anyone else but us Scandinavians know Kim Larsen, but yeah it´s a pretty big loss for Denmark, that one of our most known and beloved singers has now passed away. He left a major stamp on the Danish language music treasure and influenced legions of Young artists through his long career.

Off to see Ozzy and Priest in February. 80 quid a ticket though. Perhaps we all get gilded tee shirts signed by Ozzy when we arrive

I don't come around here much anymore, but seeing this I had to mention a bunch of thrash riff heaven albums. Anything to get more people into these awesome bands. Btw, Stone kicks ass!

Deathwish:

Jurassic Jade:

'Not Creation But Destruction' has one of the greatest riffs ever written.

Atomic:

Sacrilege:

Holy Moses:

Airdash:

No I´m afraid I skipped that tour. The ticket prices were sky high and I´ve seen Maiden a couple of years back, so unless they come to a place near me and they lower the ticket prices, I´m probably not going to see them again in the near future.

Anyone else catch Maiden on their Legacy Of The Beast Tour? Fricking awesome set. Nearly came to an early close though as Bruce fell off a speaker during 2 Minutes (third track in) and looked to have really hurt himself. Carried on though. The bloke is pretty fit for someone who turned 60 today!

^I´m not even sure what Steam is. I guess that disqualifies me from attending LOL. I like being an old fart who doesn´t understand new tech. My old Nokia phone still serves me perfectly well...

Y' know, I'm wondering if we should have a Steam game night, where a bunch of us play multiplayer together on something. Of course, my computer isn't exactly high-end so may not have many options. Then there's the fact a lot of us are in different timezones. Just a thought though!

None of those national teams have played that well, but there have been other teams who have played rather nice matches, I agree with that.
