I love this album. It´s my favorite Megadeth album, although it´s their transition album from thrash to a more heavy metal oriented sound, and I usually appreciate thrash more than heavy metal, but in the case of Megadeth they just hit a really good balance on this one.

I'm actually kinda feeling like Megadeth makes a better heavy metal band than a thrash metal band. Going through their work and I really dug this one and Youthanasia.

Now on:

I still haven´t listened to a full Poison album. Worth checking out?

It's better than Look What The Cat Dragged In, and the four singles are pretty good, but it's full of filler songs. To be honest, I've only ever listened to the first two albums properly. I'd be more inclined to stick with one of the greatest hits compilations, but if you want to try a full album, this isn't too long or painful.

My Megadeth discography exploration has gone reasonably well so far, so lets see what happens with what's supposed to be one of their worse albums.

Not unlistenable, but unremarkable. Must have done more damage than I thought as I haven't continued past this point yet.

Enjoying this old school Floridian style death metal from Chilean outfit Suppression.  Patrick, Jonas, I suspect this may be up you street.

Listened to this one because it´s Kenny Hickey´s band (from Type O Negative), but I´m not really feeling it:

The world may need a hero, but I don't think it needed this album. Worst one so far IMO. Sounds completely uninspired.
