The opening sequence (which inspired the opening for Scream) is 5 stars. The rest of the movie is kinda meh. If there's any feature that should have been a short, it's this one.

Space Nazis! Love it! Some parts of this movie are fucking hilarious, and the scope and look of the whole thing is amazing.

Iron Sky must surely be one of the most off the wall movies I've ever watched. There's a second one as well, but I haven't watched it. Not sure it what it did could be pulled off twice.
Was intrigued to start with despite the obvious low budget effects, but this quickly lost my interest. Could have done with a lot more actual alien.

Watchable but slow and a bit bland.

Macauley Culkin and John Candy played off each other really well in that movie.

Other than Scarlett looking absolutely stunning in this movie, I didn´t like it much. The concept was alright, but I often find dystopian society movies unrealistic and a bit silly. If I want to watch a dystopian society movie, I´ll go watch V for Vendetta.

Yeah, so the original Iron Sky had space Nazis. This one takes the silly to new levels. Just look at the poster^^. If you weren't too convinced by the first, I'd avoid this. If you like your humour a bit silly and slapstick, enjoy a bit of piss-taking of conspiracy theories, and like a surprisingly good looking movie, give it a go. And you'll guess the twist at the very end, but still laugh anyway.
