The Blackmetal project "Runenblut" was founded in February 2005. Through soloprojects like Morgoths "Morn Tawar" and Fjalars "Wurzelkraft" a contact was made and plans for a musical cooperation began. Morgoth took over the songwriting and Fjalar wrote all lyrics and did the vocals. As the first songs were written and recorded, Christhunt Productions offered a record deal and so the debut album "Die Stimme des Blutes" was released in August 2005. After a long and exhausting way full of rumours and accusations which said Runenblut would be an NSBM-Band, in the end of the year 2005 the work for the second album "No Solution for your Life...just Suicide", which was released in May 2006, began. Although the first album dealt with pagan subjects, Runenblut proofed that its not a band that performs typical "fashion-Blackmetal". Runenblut tries to turn hate, violence, disgust, perversion and similar thoughts into its music. Runenblut enjoys the freedom of this genre and does not commit to a single trend!
