VISIONS is the second episode of the musical story invented by FRONTIERS RECORDS President -SERAFINO PERUGINO ,an opportunity offered to one of the most underrated vocalists- DANNY VAUGHN -in this project called FROM THE INSIDE!After an excellent debut album in 2004,this project has a following and the standards are put even higher than on the previous album!A huge production and excellent AOR compositions which put in evidence the marvelous voice of the TYKETTO and WAYSTED vocalist- DANNY VAUGHN-a sensational voice in my opinion!This guy is absolutely breathtaking in the balladesque register especially,but it's also excellent in the power songs as well!His voice is powerful but emotional in the same time,he has a fantastic vocal technique and can express feelings and emotional moods to the listeners at the highest degree possible! The clever combination between piano and heavy riffs,adding some excellent melodies-that's the key of a very inspired album a 100 % success under all aspects!Albums like this are pure ear candy for all amateurs of melodic rock,and proves undoubtedly that melodic rock still has many beautiful and shiny days ahead!Fabrizio Grossi-the faithful and efficient FRONTIERS RECORDS musician, does again an excellent job and this album is another triumph for the label,and a major step ahead for DANNY VAUGHN as well-he never dissapoints and offers only excellent album to his fans worldwide!The album is loaded with catchy songs-an intelligent combination of midtempo ones and wonderful ballads ,in the end we realise that this is a top class album and it deserves also a wider recognition and admiration.I still continue to believe that VAUGHN is an underrated vocalist,even he is involved in many projects year after year!5 STARS for a brilliant AOR album-a refference of the genre!
