Formed in 2000 under the project name "Defkon Sodomy" and it was not before long they became "Psyclon Nine". Marshall Carnage ( Changed to Nero Bellum) and Josef Hersey were the two original founders. The band commenced as Guitar oriented but soon changed their style to an extreme form of Dark Techno, Industrial Black Metal which was similar to "Wumpscot","Suicide Commando" and "Velvet Acid Christ". The bands Inspirations are "KMFDM and Ministry". Not long after "Eric Gottesman"( bass,keyboards) the front man from the band "See Colin Slash" joined the band.
"Divine Infekt' released on the label "Noitekk" and was the debut for the band in 2003.After signing with "Metropolis Records" the second album was released and named "Inri" containing 13 tracks with religious themes They were stlll on the "Noitek' label in Europe The album also featured a cover of the Ministry song "You Know What You" Are.
