MACABRE END were one of the first Swedish death metal acts to appear in the late eighties. They were formed in 1989 and released the "Consumed By Darkness" demo in 1990. The demo was re-released in 1991 as an EP on Corpse Grinder Records. MACABRE END changed their name to GOD MACABRE shortly after that.
