Iris is a Romanian band that started in 1976 and are still around and is one of the most popular bands in Romania. They released their first album in 1984. They released 3 albums in the 80s which in the dark days of 80s communism is nothing but a miracle. In the 80s, they were influenced by AC/DC, Whitesnake and Judas Priest.

Early 90s they released 2 albums in the same sound and later on they tried a more modern sound with the next 2 albums - Luna Plina (Full Moon) and Mirage (especially this album is a bit experimental for a band like that). They tour constantly and release albums every once in a while. Their latest effort is surprisingly good, less ballads and a more rocking sound.

Their last album "12 Porti" (2010) is missing; Casino and de Vei pleca are Singles/EP category and Athaeneum is a double live album. I could help with line-ups, if you just tell me what I have to do.
