I want my old account's ratings cleared because I don't use it anymore, and I want my new accounts ratings cleared because I've want to start all over and use a new rating system I've developped.

The old profile is waiting to be removed. You can change the ratings on your new profile yourself without the need to remove them in bulk. It's OK, I won't change my profile again. I guess I can edit my ratings, it just would be harder, since you can't really mass edit them or anything. I'm sorry if I'm causing you guys any problems or anything,
