This band has always been kind of respected as a metal band. At times people even call them a metal band. Their is something punky about them, but the metal influences are definitly their. I think maybe Alternative Metal or Hard Rock?

As far as I remember, their early releases are definitely worth an addition.

their last album was quite dark and metally as well

I have the new album (A Brief Crack of Light) and it's f'sure a metal album (lots of punk influence also)...I suggest Alt Metal or Industrial Metal...Should be added to the database...
