Well after having a full day combining real work and some help with the site, I'm heading off to an open mic to try to get a gig for my little acoustic duo. Not much metal except our folk-jazz version of Crazy Train...

| It was a small venue, and alot of kids and folks just getting up there because it was fun. We were the only ones who were up there trying to gain a paying gig. But it's a relatively new venue so we were able to show off a little. Playing on other people's equipment is always a trip. You start singing and everything is P's. You back up and etc. and rely on someone else to adjust the sound. But there was good energy and they asked us back. We'll see if money is involved. |

| No I wore my leather motorcycle skull cap with the lightning bolts on it. Since we were doing "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" it seemed appropriate. |
