I almost choked on my coffee, when I heard them. I was scouting for new prog metal acts, now I must cleans my ears with barbed wire upon listening to such abominations

Update: The wrong Soulstice has been removed (thanks to Coffin Joe for pointing that out), and the correct Soulstice, a Polish progressive power/thrash band, has been added (thanks to LittleBig for tracking down info on the Polish band). -------------
