REVOCATION recorded Chaos of Forms at Damage Studios in Southbridge, Massachusetts with engineer Pete Rutcho. The band's third full-length and follow-up to their break-through Relapse debut Existence Is Futile features 12 new tracks totaling a little over 45 minutes in length.
