Wow, missed that this even existed. 

RYM concurs with Prog, or maybe Symphonic.

I'll check it out today and see where he fits best.

Symphonic is a good one, there's a soundtrack feel in this release.

Yeah I listened to it a while back and made a note to add Hammett, but never got around to it.

Had a listen. Really quite eclectic. I actually wasn't sure it should even pass as metal enough until the final song to be honest. 

It's got symphonic metal elements, but it doesn't fit there.

I recommend a Progressive Metal placement.
