Please revise the Band Member listing to remove remaining last names for privacy of past members.

Please simply list Scott and Zack.

This is against MMA policy if you released the music under those names. We have a very strict stance on this. We need to see proof that you didn't since the information is out there for us to find. This can be in the form of scans of a physical release notes / old archived web pages dated from the time of release etc. However I can see from your own Myspace page that this isn't the case, so the names stay.

Here is our policy on such matters:

Metal Music Archives is a database that collects factual information about metal and related artists and their releases - information that is (or was) released to the public. This includes release and artist information including line-ups containing personal names and associated images of the artist and album covers.

MMA will not remove information because the original source goes offline or otherwise removes it. To do so would go against our mission directive. The key is actually in our name - we are an archive. We save this information to prevent its loss, as well as provide a continued platform for review by site members. We will not lower the accuracy and credibility of our database by making changes, especially that of removing entire bands, that our collaborator teams spent their free time researching.

We are taking this stance to stop acts who we know existed from falling into such obscurity that years later we might well be the only source for them. This is especially true of bands in genres such as metalcore, alternative metal and others where our competition sites may decline to list the act or even call into question their metal credentials.
