Reunion albums from classic thrash giants and/or albums generally regarded as returns to form

(wasn't really sure if any Slayer albums qualified)

Tempo for me, I've always loved reformation Exodus

Exodus for sure. All the rest lost it big time.

I like new Testament, but yeah the rest I can do just fine without

I enjoy the new Testament albums too, but they were never a favorite thrash metal band for me, so it´s definitely Exodus for me. I love to scream along to Blacklist when I see Exodus live (which I have done quite a few times in recent years)

Testament for me, that album is brilliant,  with Exodus in 2nd place.

I'm an Old Testament guy, that's why I voted Exodus.

All kidding aside I do like all Testament, but with TEMPO OF THE DAMNED, not only did Exodus make a comeback, they made what I feel to be the best non Baloff album of their career. I enjoy all the other albums on this list, but none of the others come close to their respective band's golden ages.

Let's see how the new Possesed album holds up in a few months.

Megadeth, Metallica and Exodus together. Can’t choose.

Megadeth should not be in the list, they have never been a long hiatus.

Out of this list, Anthrax.

He also says "regarded as a return to form" which applies to System has Failed. Personally I really like Risk and World Needs a Hero, but a lot of people don't.

Megadeth did actually break up though, when Dave thought his arm was too fucked to play guitar.

Happened years ago when he was in one of his drug addled stupors I believe. Laid on his arm for too long and lost all feeling in it. It was thought there might be permanent damage at first but luckily he regained the use of it.
