I'll give them a listen, but on first impressions it doesn't sound very metallic or grindy at all. Very clever, yes, but I don't know that they belong here.

Yeah, really not grindcore at all. Perhaps someone from the avant garde team should have a listen?

That said, it's quite compelling. I'm going to keep listening!

Bumping this for the Avant-Garde team instead. RYM suggests a mix of AG / MR and Non tags for this.
