I just spent half an hour typing up a forum topic, typing quotes from the internet and adding my comments. And what happened when I tried to post it? I got an access denied message. And when I went back, all I had typed was gone. This has happened a number of times in the last two or three months though it has mostly been either with posting comments on reviews or sending PM's on ProgArchives. I really, really, fucking hate it when all I have spent time typing gets lost because I, as a member and collaborator, don't have permission to post a forum topic! "Only members with sufficient permission can access this page" Eat my fucking shorts! ------------- A story told that can't be real somehow must reflect the truth we feel. |

Don't take it personally - I'm an admin and have got this message on and off for years. I think if you take too long to submit a post it can do this, though at other times it seems pretty random. Yes, I had to remember to copy and paste before on PA and here. And it was random. I had such a heard time replying to a private message on PA and then replying to a forum post here earlier this year. I forgot about the copy backup. But it was late and I wanted to post before going to bed, so it really pissed me off that I had wasted my sleep time for nothing.
