It would be a good idea to add the swedish icons of traditional heavy metal,Heavy load You can find some information here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_Load_%28band%29 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_Load_(band) and here are some of their songs |

Very important band, and few are more traditional - not to be confused with http://www.heavyload.org/ - the Punk band from Brighton 
Given their style, the date context - and most importantly, the attitude, I'd be more than happy to consider them as honorary NWoBHM along with 220 Volt. I know they're not British, but...
