I know I suggested them a while ago and they were rejected for both HR and MR. I really don't understand why they were rejected for HR though, The Dreams of Men and especially XXV are definitely HR. I haven't heard their new album yet besides samples, so I don't know if that's even heavier. XXV is certainly heavier then The Dreams of Men though, and when I originally suggested them for HR I had not heard XXV. So I'm wondering if there could be a turnover?

The hardest rocking album:

The Dreams of Men (Still hard rocking, but less then XXV):

I agree with you Unitron, Dreams of Men is borderline progrssive metal and so is XXV, even som on Cross and the Cruicible?? are very heavy

to me they It Bites and Arena, are the heavyer side of neo-prog is so close to what Sympony X and Pain of Salvation is doing (or Therionn or Ayreon), to me its a heavy piece of firce gutiaring and balls.

I wouldn't say The Dreams of Men is borderline prog metal, I hear a lot of 90's Rush instead. XXV certainly has some metal in it, but overall HR.

Alright, the situation is this. First of all, heavy guitars alone don't equal hard rock if the song structures, vocal harmonies, overall sound etc. don't do so (Pallas is neo-prog). Second of all, a band with approx 20 albums on the palette out of which only two have some hard rockish elements doesn't qualify onto a metal site. Third of all, there are tons of pure metal bands out there and very many gapped discography pages on the site to be concentrated on. Fourth of all, Pallas has been evaluated and rejected before. Topic closed.

All that is over. Today, I know how to celebrate beauty.
