Another all female band I have listened to is Hysterica (http://www.metalmusicarchives.com/hysterica.aspx)

Some call them the female version of Manowar. Since I never listened to manowar, no comment from me on that.

Some perhaps lesser known bands with female singers:

Trad heavy metal/speed metal, they used to be fronted by a man but replaced him with a woman, Kate French on their second album. Her vocals are more along the lines of trad and power metal bands than bands like Within temptation or Nightwish.

Russian folk metal. Probably about as extreme as folk metal gets. The girl sings cleanly as well as doing death growls.
