Topic - Technical prog death from 90s

If you're looking for something along the lines of late-period Death, I would check out Atheist (Unquestionable Presence in particular), Cynic, and Pestilence (mainly for Spheres). All of these bands have released classic technical death metal albums in the 90's.

If you're looking for something a bit more heavy and modern, check out Obscura from Germany. Their latest effort, Omnivium, is one of the best albums I've heard yet this year!
