I didn't even know this, but, Trend (Dnk), one of the local bands from my town actually managed to release one full-length album, called "Bitch?". I guess that qualifies them for inclusion in the MMA. Their style was really groove metal, so I guess that makes them an alt. metal act by MMA standards.
