Metal songs you can relate to

For me, typically it's usually social and political lyrics that I can really associate with. I also love the cryptic lyrics of Tool and Chevelle, as they end up creating beautiful poetry that you can interpret however you wish most of the time. I also love the really meaningful personal lyrics.

What I love most, is when you get great lyrics and feel the passion and pain burning through the vocalists voice. Singers like Layne Staley, Maynard James Keenan, Blackie Lawless, Michael Coons (Laaz Rockit), Pete Loeffler (Chevelle), Dawn Crosby (Fear of God), and Chuck Schuldiner. 

Some examples of songs that I can really relate to: Tool - Vicarious, Alice in Chains - Angry Chair, Death - Without Judgement, Killing Joke - Exorcism, and every song on Laaz Rockit's "Nothing$ $acred" album. All these songs in some way reflect my own feelings and opinions.
