Definitely Nile, but I like Behemoth too. Especially Zos Kia Cultus.

arent Behemot a blackned death metal couse they have some overtones or crossings with black metal stylistics

Yep you can say that but they are at their core death metal. They started out as a black metal act though.

Well, it's Nile for me as well. Amazing band! I always liked Satanica from Behemoth but most of their stuff left me cold, I kinda like Evangelion though.

I vote for Behemoth.  I find their latest one to be their strongest actually.  Nile had a peaking album with Annihilation of the Wicked while Behemoth had a nice string of high quality releases more consistent than Nile.  Nergal is also one of the coolest metal musicians out there, and his bits of philosophy that he puts in the liner notes of the albums are fun to read.

I haven't listened to either band in quite some time, but based off what I've heard I prefer Nile.
