Today, we look at two New York bands that have a traditional heavy metal/power metal flavor to them.  One started off strong, but got weaker.  The other was slow to start, but really delivered when they got momentum.

I can not vote. First of all I must say that I like both bands. If the discussion was on an attitude... Well, it is clear that I hate Manowar! But it is a discussion about musical part of both bands and sure Manowar are great as Virgin Steele!
