Game of Thrones may have had a better ended if GRRM had got his arse in gear and got those last two books written by the time the show caught up.

I put it in the "little bit" overrated category. I enjoyed the whole series, but the last season I think would have been better spread over a few more episodes. Without giving away key plot points, some of the twists that angered the fan base I didn't necessarily have an issue with in theory. Execution was somewhat lacking.
