It's actually Heretic, the precursor to Hexen. Close enough though.  I didn't know hexen came out for the Playstation, is it clunky because of no analog support?

Well damn.  I have the original ps1 controller that didn't have the two analog sticks, so the d pad is pretty awkward and terrible. As a whole the game is far superior on the pc. |

an easy to cheat on this would to be the drag and drop feature for google inages. take the pic and drag it into the search bar and it brings up visually similar images.
